Partly. Deviantart isn't my homepage anymore so I don't check it as often as I should... Uh, my Christmas break was spent with no artistic attitude whatsoever. Honestly, I don't even know why. Since school is back, I'm gonna try to get disciplined again. I have someone waiting for a commission, and I don't know why it's taking me so long to do. I'm terribly sorry. :/ I will work on what I can. But one step at a time.

School is over for the holidays, so now I actually got time to do some personal pieces and post. I got my laptop back finally so now I'm all set. I missed my 10,000 view mark now I'm aiming for 15,000 views. C'mon guys let me reach that high! Um, I have to put a bunch of my doodles together to make a Fall Semester sketch dump, to show the ridiculous things I drew during my class, bahaha. I'm hoping to make a Christmas picture but I have a painting and commission I need to work on.

I'm just about getting there and its all thanks to you guys! To celebrate I'm gonna draw a little picture for it. As soon as I have time. This week is killer. I got projects due for every class and my sister is getting married on the Saturday. DX So much to do.

I haven't even started my Christmas shopping yet. Shit...

The amount of nude pictures that are posted on the front page of deviantART?

Yes, I'll agree most are artistically beautiful with photographers paying attention to lighting, atmosphere and subject matter. But what I do DISAGREE with is the pictures of women, in their room, taking pictures of themselves naked with their freaking webcam. Snapshots, with no effort of making it artistic.

That, to me, is not art. It's girls trying to get attention and posting their pornography on a respective art site. God knows who favs those. Clearly its many since they are almost always on the front page. I just don't see anything inspiring and creative coming from those shots except girls who have nothing better to do.

I doubt my opinion will change anything, but I hope something is done soon because I'm done seeing women gentalia posted with no care of showing that you put some kind of effort in the shot.

The front page already looks like the front page of a porn site, I can't imagine how the rest will look in the future.
